For each individual access point, it is possible to determine which users are allowed access, at which times and on which days.
The visitor can be registered with first name and surname only or with a complete personal data, including identity document and personal details of accompanying persons. The latter category normally includes external consultants, cleaning companies, maintenance workers, couriers, i.e. all those who have a long-term relationship with the company. In this case, the system manager can issue these figures with an access badge, so that the regular visitor is free to pass through directly without going through reception.
Badge use and accessibility may be restricted to certain days and times.
Company Interface
The visitor's timecards can be used to draw up a monthly timecard, with the total hours of attendance, which is useful for verifying the extent of work performance.
