The identification system allows withdrawal and/or return of the keys to the authorized users according to the assigned profiles, without supervision of a dedicated worker. ARGO KD PRO guarantees traceability and monitors key management in real time. Keys use is regulated through authorizations.
It manages key collection/ return. Temporary sharing of keys is available.

Off-line withdrawal Identification and authorization 24/7 to withdraw or return assigned keys even when the dispenser is off-line. Data registration is available also in off-line conditions. A mechanical release system is available in case of power failure and/or breakdown.
Identification and withdrawal authorization via company employee ID badge (magnetic, contactless…).
Lighted pushbuttons for prior indication of withdrawable keys and selection of the key to be withdrawn/returned.

ARGO PRO software can be interfaced with company ERP (EHS, HR, procurement, logistic,…) for example in case of frequent job rotation.

Self-diagnosis at predefined time frame with automatic alerts in case of malfunctions by email to the maintenance department.
